What it is used for
Shredded and sliced cheese, deli meats and other proteins, snacks, produce, frozen foods and any product people use a little at a time. A reclosable pack keeps the rest fresh, and shoppers look for it.
Films and zippers
The film is chosen for how it seals and protects your product, often a laminated polyethylene and polypropylene structure on FDA-compliant film. We apply the zipper in house, matched to the film and to how the bag will be opened, and confirm the right zipper for your equipment before production.
Printing
Your artwork is flexo printed with registration marks positioned for your machine, so the zipper, the print and the seals line up on every bag. Nutrition panels, barcodes and resealing instructions are placed where they read best on the finished pack.
Machine compatibility
Pre-zippered rollstock runs on form-fill-seal equipment set up for zippered film. Send your machine's make and model with your current roll specs (web width, repeat, core and roll diameter) and we will configure the film and zipper placement to match.
